Hello, My name is Craig. I am 27 years old and a believer in chiropractic care. The reason I have decided to post here, is that I recently went to my chiropractor (who I trust and have been going there for 10+ years.) and he told me that I was a "prime" candidate for non surgical spinal decompression. I usually go in there and get adjusted every now and then for my mid back and neck. Well I haven't had to go in since July 2013, so standard procedure, they needed to do x-rays again. Well lately, I have been having discomfort in my legs while sleeping. So they took x-rays of my whole neck and back. Same thing was going on again in my neck and mid back, but he noticed my bottom vertebrae showed early signs of disk degeneration. Not knowing a single thing of what to look for in an x-ray, the problem was very easy for me to spot. My chiropractor said that I need to cover 3 things to do this. TIME, DISCIPLINE, AND MONEY. He went over the schedule, ( 3 times/week for 1 hr/day for one month, and then 2 times/week for 1hr/day for 6 weeks. I guess I'm just looking for some advice or some past experience from somebody that has done this and has it worked.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
