Low Back Pain, Epidural, bulging disc and Cysts

I am 40 years old I had my first son my emergency section in Feb 2002, during a few attempts the professionals tried to give me an epidural they ruptured an artery in my spine, I had back pain soon after where I was advised or asked had I had a trauma, which I took as a n accident. for the last 6 months from a standing position and walking about 50 yard s my back seems to lock and I cant twist or turn, now when its happening, I have difficulty moving my legs. I had an MRI last week, where again I was asked had I had a trauma. Unfortunately this week at work I work in a school a child kicked a ball into my back at force and ended up in hospital and at the mo taking strong painkillers. They told me a little about my recent MRI but said this has to come from doctor who requested it. They said I have a bulging disc along with a number of cysts. One question could this be to do with my past epidural. My right leg is week, groin pain weak knee and weak not full feeling in right foot. I really just wanted some advice on this. In so much pain and posture has gone, struggling to use crutches due to chest pain on movement and when I'm sitting still.
