Please help us to help you

I know that reading the Forum Rules and the FAQ are not on the priority list when you first register here. I am convinced that over time, you will see just how valuable it is to know both of them.

But for now..... We have so many new people registering daily. That is great, we love to see more and more people here.

But when people register and start to post, it is so important to provide us with some details.

Not Good
I have a lot of pain, my husband/wife has lots of pain, doctors say its the worse they saw. Can you help us?

I only wish we could, but based on that, we have no idea what the problem, or potential problem is

I have lots of pain. It started 6 years ago. I have had many diagnostic tests and they have all come back saying that my Lxx/Lxx is herniated and I have pain going down my leg. I have been through Physical Therapy, two Spinal Injections and I am currently taking ABC 2x a day

The point here, is that when you provide us with more information, its easier for us to help
