Endoscopic Rhizotomy

Good Morning all -
I am struggling with severe neck pain and having had a MBB in the fall, the PM doc chose to do RFA. The right side was done first, which resulted in no reduction in pain. The left side was done in Feb with minimal relief. I am now advised I am a good candidate for a Rhizotomy which is a gamble since the result is not predictable, as each case is different, which we all know. The other option I was given is a 3 level ACDF. I don't want to go down that road if I don't have to. However, the Rhizotomy may reduce pain for a period but will not fix any of the structural problems that exist. I have also consulted a DO and DC but am hesitant to allow them to do any "corrections" or adjustments as I am in such pain now and they have not seen any of the MRI images or reports to truly know the damage that exists. Thoughts ?????
