I have spondylolisthesis at L5 S1. Major symptoms are pain in my right leg, hamstring area and outer left calf expecially when I walk for long distances or stand stationary for over 5 minutes. Recommended core strengthening is being done and other gym work but the pain persist. There is no pain when I sit and I it hurts less when I run than walk. I have had my quota of steroid injections for the year and really wish to be pain free and doing everything to avoid an operation.
Any suggestions would be welcome on how to reduce my leg pain> Dxx
