I got rear ended at the end of January and at first was told I had a herniated disk in my thoracic spine. I then went to an orthopedic specialist who recommended second MRI's which showed no such herniation. That process took til april 10th. Thespecialist told me I have myofascial pain syndrome and returned me to work full at full duty as this was a workers comp. He has prescribed me to go to physical therapy again and deep tissue massage and also to see a pain management dr. With my work scheduele I havent had a chance to do anything yet. My question is has anyone else been given these treatments to help with the pain, if so do they work? What other therapy might you do that works or doesn't work?I get sore from taking walks, cooking, cleaning, sitting too long, and sleeping is a problem sometimes too. I get so dang tired so easily. I work for a world wide delivery company and in the two weeks I've been back to work it's been hell. Im new to this site and to this pain and any advise or comments can help- thanks in advance.
