MRI REPORT – CERVICL SPAIN
TECHNIQUE:- Without IV contrast – T1 W, GRE axial, T1, T2W Sagittal and T2 W Coronal sections.
Loss of normal cervical lordosis with anterior spondylotic shangs seen from C3 downwards.
Modic degenerative changes seen in inferior end plate of C5 and both end plates of C6 vertebra.
centural, para centural and foraminal disc asteophyic bulge seen at C6-7 leavel indenting the cord and narrowing lateral recesses lt>>rt.
central disc osteophytic bulge seen at C5-6 leavel indenting the coard.
central, para central and formational disc bulges seen at C3-4 & C4-5 leavels narrowing anterior epidural space and lateral recesses.
Disc dehydration seen at C5-6 leavel.
The facet joint appear normal.
The cervical cord is well displayed and it is of normal size. No evidence of any abnormal signal intensily lesions seen with in the cord. The cervico-medullary junction is normal.
The CSF displayes normal signal intensity in all sequence and there is no evidence of any mass in or around the CSF pathway.
The atlanto-axial and atlanto-occipital joints are normal.
The pre and paraspinal regions do not show any abnormal soft tissue lesion.
