Many Injections, Nerve Blocks, Assoc. Diagnostic Tests for Facet Joint Syndrome Identification of Specific Joints involved and other failed attempts to reduce Low back Pain have left me /us hopeless of any real help coming from these sorts medical procedure.

We are apparently needing to move up a level or two in the types of treatment option we are considering. MY Ppin managemets Docs seem to be ignorant of any options other than injections, other conservative treatments.

Does anyone have experience with facet Joint decompression, Facet Joint Fusion, so forth?

WE have good reason to believe the Arthritic Damage to the facet Joints themselves is considerably severe MRI and other scans have shown great deals of Bone Spur, with large amounts of Degenerative Joint damage to all soft tissues, The discs themselves have not yet failed

Any feedback would be much appreciated! dennis
