mri scan results head and brain

Hello I wonder if you can help me. 14 months ago a hgv lorry hit me side on I was the driver of the car he hit and I was diagnosed with concussion. Lacerations on the head with a large lump whiplash and severe head pressure..i had no mri scans or ct scans and now 14 months later I have eventually managed to get an mri scan of the brain but cannot understand the results and no one even my doctor understands the results either..the results are as follows..there is hyperostosis of the left parietal bone and possible squamous temporal bone and in particular skull vault fractures don't heal in this manner..i have been diagnosed with severe tinitus and suffer terribly ear pain and headaches...please can anyone just explain what the mri results mean relating to the skull vault fractures..did I have fractures? does it mean this or not many thanks for any help
