Muscle spasms in my calves, is it possibly related...

  • It could be related or it could be from your lumbar spine. The only way to know for sure is to consult your doctor and let him examine you. He may want to order more imaging to see where it is stemming from.
  • I have the same thing going on now and I am going in next Wednesday for a Cervical and Lumbar MRI.

  • Good Luck with your MRI. The NP at my primary dr. office says that the muscle cramps and other issues with my legs are not related to my herniated discs and spinal cord compression. I called her on the BS and so did my neuro surgeon
