confusing diagnosis.

Hi. I am 28 years old and have been dealing with buldging disks in my L4 and L5. I have done the epidural injections amd PT. My doctor kept saying I dont want to do surgery you are too young. So after three sets of injections and 13 months of tremendous pain with no relief, i was ready to go in and tell him I dont care if you think i am too young, i cant live like this anymore. Its affecting my job, my four small kids anf my intimacy with my husband. Its making my depression and anxiety worse. So as i start to tell him this he tells me that he cant do surgery i am not a viable candidate for it. Puzzled i asked him why. He said that he looked back over my MRI from 13 months ago and said its not just the L4 and L5 its also the L3 and the SI joint. Not to mention the disk degeneration from L1 to the L5.
I asked him what do I do now. He tells me pain management... I am lost and confused!! I dont wanna live in pain like this any more! Any suggestions?
