Unidentified lower back pain

I am at a complete loss. My lower back on my right side causes me horrible pain, sitting, bending, lifting even laying down aggravates it. I have gone through countless rounds of PT, epidurals, nerve blocks with no relief. I have had an MRI many months ago that only showed a slight bulge to my L4 and L5. I recently had a Myelogram and ct scan that came back negative. I don't know where to go and neither do my doctors. My frustration level is through the roof. Any information that might point me in the right direction would be amazing. Thank you in advance.
