Low back pain still after sinal fusion L4L5

Hi anyone,I had spinal fusion 11 months ago now.still have no sciatica back.but still got a lot of low back pain still,especially
Middle to end of day.it feels like my my backs being strangled and really tight where I had the fusion.anyone still suffer pain still after there fusion .any suggestions I,m due to see my consultant end of October.

  • The spinal alignment has changed since the surgery, so you are going to experience some muscle tightness. Talk to your doctor about stretches and excercises that may help to ease some of the muscle tension, and possibly some muscle relaxers to help.
