Cracked titanium screw and non partial union - c5c6 fusion in 2008
CT mylegram found cracked titanium screw and non partial union C5c6. Having posterior surgery to fix and also fuse c4c5 due to herniation. I'm being told I may have a case to sue manufacturer of screw. Anyone have any similar situation or experience going after manufacturer??
