  • Until you get some reliable advise, you should try to treat your symptoms. Don't do anything that aggravate your condition. And also try to do things that reduces your plain. Plenty of water and Hydrotherapy are probably good for you.

    I like conservative surgeons as back surgeries doesn’t have a higher success rate. Of cause, as far as I don't know have red flag symptoms.
