Chiro, Osteo, back specialist or Voodoo witch doctor?

So i have a sharp pain in my lower back. Its fine when i stand or sit or walk but if i lean slightly forward it its sharp. Slightly to the left hand side. i've seen a chiro in the past and he really helped but this time I've had a lot of sessions with him and its not helping.

My question is this, Who should i be seeing to tackle the problem. Chiro, Osteo, back specialist or something else?

Any help would be great.

Thank you in advance.
