Hi I could really do with some help, I have a pain in my neck which runs down to the right shoulder blade. Its quite sore at the moment and I am worried about it. I think I may have fibromyalgia or something to that affect. I recently went back training and it has gotten worse now so I am back feeling really down and dont know who to talk to about this, I don't want to put it to my girlfriend or anybody else because they would be sick listening to me, I would like to know what diet and exercise might help. Im so frustrated and would appreciate some answers. Please please help me, im only 35 and cant keep going to my chiropractor, or should I maybe this will work if o keep going.
