lidoderm - lidocain patch 5%

amount: box of 30
contains: lidocaine 700mg (50 mg per gram adhesive)
size: 10cm x14cm
dosage: use up to 3 at a time.
time: 12 hours on, 12 hours off
*i know many that do not wait the 12 hours*

the biggest problem i found wit these patches was keeping them on. i was using them in the cervical, thoracic and lumbar areas. both the cervical and lumbar areas, the patches didnt stay on that long. i found that cutting them in half or thirds made them stay on better.

here is the home site for the patches. it contains a lot of good information.
the home site says "lidocaine patches are effective for shingles, which is nerve related pain."
