As it says I'm 23 and have had back pain for years Ive always been active and played soccer so I used to think that's what was causing it, but about a yer or so ago it has gotten so bad I can't handle it. After having an mri I was told it was a herniated l4 l5. So then pain management started I've had epidurals , injections, physical therapy , you name it nothing has worked for me. I've seen 2 surgeons , the first said I would benefit from surgery, the second said I didn't need it and suggested I diffewnt injection then the ones I had prior. Isis the injections and again got nothing from it and now am at a stand still. I so badly just want to get it under control so I can get on with my life! A couple weeks ago I started not sleeping , obviously from stress and everything else, I've tried melatonin, z quill ect. I have not. Sleep more thn 3 4 hours in weeks. I'm a mess and need a little advice! Any and all is welcome!

  • the best option is to consult with a third or even fourth surgeon to see if you can get a concensus on what option/treatments you should consider.
