indent in spine above L4-L5 fusion??

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could give me their opinion on some current pain I've been experiencing. I'm no stranger to back pain, I had an L4-L5 fusion with facet surgery back in early 2010. They diagnosed me with failed back syndrome two years ago. Where I live, the doctors are not"good". I had undiagnosed back pain for 5 years, and many doctors as well as the emergency department at our local hospital thought I was crazy for years because they could never find anything"wrong". As a last stitch effort, I went to a spine surgeon in Seattle where they found a huge gap in my lower spine from a simple extension xray. They fused my L4-L5, but said since I had gone so long without any treatment, I was now looking at several issues....I have had severe urinary incontinence for years that local doctors blamed on me having babies. For the past 6 months, I have had severe pain above the fusion sight, and now there's an indent in my back above the fusion level. Any idea what that could be? The pain is getting to be intolerable, but as far as seeing a local doctor, they won't touch me now because of the surgery I had in Seattle. The incontinence is worse as well. Any insight would be greatly and sincerely appreciated!
