Jan 21st I am scheduled for L3-4 fusion after having L4-5 Interbody Fusion in Dec 2011. "...severe central canal and lateral recess stenosis." ANYHOW, my concern is about recovery. I was never able to complete my previous walking regimen because I developed a painful limp in my right ankle at about four months post. Well the pain I attribute to arthritis is still there and recently the left is giving me trouble too. Do you folks think biking and water aerobics will facilitate an adequate recovery ?
