Hello From The U.P. of Michigan

Hi. I found this site due to having chronic pain in the lower left side of my back starting with stiffness during stretching probably about three years ago. It has progressed to the point that it is difficult to sleep at night due to pain whenever I move in the bed, and being very stiff and sore when I first get up. It does get somewhat better as the day goes on. I have x-rays that show arthritis and degenerative disc disease, but there is no indication as to why all the pain is on the left side.

I've been trying to figure out if there is something I'm doing in my daily life that is aggravating this, such as any of the exercises I do. Also trying to do more stretching.
