Car Accident 10 years ago, pinched nerve and extreme pain now

As an introduction,

I am only 25 ... I have extreme neck and lower back pain, which leads to chronic headaches. That might be the worst part. I recently went to a pain management specialist at the advice of my neurologist when Gabapentin wasn't quite cutting it anymore (I also have left side cubital tunnel). MRIs show a bulging disc (as of 2 years ago) between c4-c5. I recently had my first ESI, and it was done far lower than the c4-c5 facet.

Just here to get some advice from those who know what it's like. Thanks in advance!
