Hello everybody, my name is Deymo. I have 21 years old. Some few months back one day i woke up with a lot of pain in my lower back i almost couldn't walk. I couldn't figure it out what was the problem. When i was i kid i did a lot of capoeira so my first thought was that i problably damage my back somehow. Well i bought a new bed because mine had a hole in the center which it also i think that damage my back even more. Few weeks later the pain disappear. Well i started to go to the gym and yes xxxx up my back again doing hamstring press. I stopped of course and the pain disappear but every morning i still feel it a little bit and when i spent some hours sit it bothers me too. I still love the gym and i would like to train my legs because you know you need to train them somehow.
Some few weeks back i did a x ray check in that zone in my lower back, and the report was narrowing of the feromina l5-s1. The x-ray doesnt look bad, just some stretching in that zone. But hurt my lower back is not funny at all. So my question is what exercises should avoid in the gym when doing legs workout?
