Scs implant after major spinal fusions?

After three major back surgeries with an end result of a full fusion from T-10 to the sacrum and a bolt connection from the sacrum to the ilium, I have found a PM doctor who believes I have FBSS and has recommended a Boston scientific implant to try and reduce the chronic pain. I had the trial and it helped some with pelvic and hip pain but of course won't work with the hardware pain issues. I am seeing a neurosurgeon he's recommending on 2/18 to discuss if this will really offer relief considering the extent of
my fusion. My back is like a slab of concrete with rebar running thru it, not to mention the screws, cages, etc. So my basic question is this .... Has anyone had an scs implant when they've had a fusion to the extent that I have? I've not seen large fusions addressed with the scs implant. Thank you
