hi and any advice

Hi I've had ACDF surgery which helped a lot but I have two thoracic bulging discs that cause almost constant pain iv had injections they workgreat
But only last a couple of weeks my specialist has talked about burning orfreezing the nerve roots to stop the pain permanantly does that realy work and are there any risks also said he could do the same for the damage to my lumbar spine i cant keep working with the amount of pain im in forever so looking for any advice thanks
