Hi I have been dealing with neck injury since 2013. Causing degeneration spondylosis the disks spurs. Also getting structural problems with arms shoulders, I.e; jointers rotator cuff tear, AC joint tear, slap tear lesion two, and continued bone spurs in my neck and spine. My tolerance to the pain has caused fainting or vomit. So I am continually trying to stay ahead of the pain curve. My job has let me go, since I'm unable to control these fainting spells and/or severe pain. I would like to find any resources to alleviate pain and continued degeneration and get back to running working out and working. Any thoughts, Ideas are welcome. Thank you
