just getting started

going to be 54 next month and just diagnosed with arthritis of lower back and right hip. Doc says a hip replacement is in my future - anyone else in this boat?

    I also have neck pain. I feel too much pain while moving my neck up and down. Is it due to arthritis ? I'm 21 yrs old. I feel like my bone is getting to much penetration.
