I hurt my back 3 times in the same manner. Crouching, reaching forward then came the searing pain. Its been almost 4 yrs since the latest incident

19yrs old: took 2 days to get better
26yrs old: took 2 months (bed ridden for days)
34yrs old: never healed (almost couldn't walk for 8 months)

Constant influx of antiinflammatories do halp a bit. But it always remains hurt.

I had MRI's done with 2 seperate drs. THey both claim it is muscle related as there is degeneration in the S areas but no pressure on the nerves.

The one dr gave me 4 facet blocker injections because of the timeframe of injury. No relief.

I stay active as best I can. Weight lifting, stretching, vball, core exercises etc. Some days It's tolerable but most days I can barely tie my shoes.

Does anyone have any input on what this could be. Bloodwork ruled out all diseases etc. I know it's my muscles that will not relax to promote healing but after almost 4 yrs. WTF

Any insight would be appreciated.
