Hi all, my name is Megan, and I am nineteen with spondylolisthesis.

I recently just posted my life story in another forum, you can find it here if you're interested in reading it.

But anyways, I was recently diagnosed with spondylolytic spondylolisthesis after having back pain for over a year due to an injury at track practice.

I'd love to hear from someone who may be suffering from spondylolisthesis, and how they are doing/what kind of treatment they have done. I am currently in physical therapy with no improvement yet.

Hope you all have an awesome weekend.

It is easier to find men who will volunteer to die, than to find those who are willing to endure pain with patience.
