My name is Vicky Rusconi I btoke c5-c7 and I'm post surgery 3 years. I recently started exercising and the pain in my neck is bad. Does anyone know if I can wear a cervical collar while exercising?
Even before I started exercising my neck feels heavy like it's hard to me to hold my head up.
Any feedback is appreciated
Thanks
Vicky Rusconi
