Hi all.. Ive had some MRI done last year. The doc didnt really cover with me the results. He basically just sent me to physical therapy. Lately Ive been in extreme pain in my neck. So I asked the office to please let me have the written results. I just have an issue with understanding the results. I've tried looking some of the bigger more technical med terms but I still dont understand. Can anyone help me?

Impression : Multiple trauma injuries to cervical and thoracic spine with laxity in cervical spine. Evidence of Internal Derangement in both shoulders with Scapulothoracic Dissociation

Findings :
Laxity at C3 C4 with herniated disc
Laxity at C6 C7 with herniated disc
Mild anterolisthesis of C3 C4
Disc protusion at C3 C4 demonstrate worsening
Disc bulge at C2 C3 with extension
C6-7 and C5-6 disc bulge impinging on thecal sac

So sorry that its so much [this is just the cervical.. dont wanna see the rest :( ]but any info on these to get a better understanding of this I would greatly appreciate. Thanks in advance!
