Jumping limbs

I had my spine broken and fused on April 28th due to malformation of the spine the nerves were trapped very badly and I have drop foot in both legs. I have been taking short walks several times a day. Since I started walking , it may be a coincidence my limbs have started flaying around quite noticeably . Last night I barely slept as they were jumping so much and I was tossing and turning all night. iI happens in the day as well. Is this normal to feel like the nerves are misfiring?
Thanks in anticipation of any answers.

Early in my recovery I had the same thing. I think it took Lyrica for it. It's like restless leg syndrome. Very annoying, but mine went away in about a month. Good luck!
  • I had restless legs for a few weeks too. Kept taking gabapentin and also would get up and walk around for a few mins, always helps. Now mostly fine, three months on.
