I am new here. I'm a 27 year old female with three little boys. For a few months now I have suffered with horrible migraines, neck pain, upper middle & lower back pain(the lower back pain feels like back contractions), leg pain, groin/butt pain and this strange tingling sensation. The tingling started just in my face/hands/feet. Now it's in my face/tongue/arms/hands/legs/feet and it is constant. I've been to the emergency room 3 times, they did a ct scan of my neck and head and it showed nothing. They gave me compazine that doesn't work. I've been struggling trying to find a doctor here that is accepting new patients and will take my insurance. I'm having a very, very, very rough day today. Can anyone tell me what this might be and what I should do??

  • It sounds like you need to have a heart to heart with your PCP. Have you talked to your regular doctor about these issues? It doesn't sound like something that should be brushed off as nothing. Maybe your doctor can order more tests or at least send you to a specialist. I am thinking because of a lot of your symptoms are similar to ones I have/had, you probably need to see a neurosurgeon or a neurologist or someone of that nature. It could be something in your neck causing that such as a herniated disc or something causing the nerves to go haywire. My neck issues cause the migraine like headaches and the pain throughout my body. I had a herniated disk in my neck that pushed against my spinal cord. I have possibly long term or permanent nerve damage. I hope you find a source and someone can help you

  • I went to the doctor yesterday. Did some blood work to test for b12 and thyroid. Gave me some b12 and it hasn't helped anything. Today my hands and arms hurt. They burn. Very heavy. Feels like this doctor isn't listening. I am in tears because I feel like nobody is listening to me.
