vitamins and fusion success

Hi everyone! I had lumbar fusion surgery, actually two, but were a month apart, and before the fusion surgery, they tried discectomy surgery first and one got infected. So I have had 5 surgeries since Nov 2014. My question is, Is there any vitamins that I can take that will help achieve successful fusion. I do not want anymore surgeries. The fusions helped with my original pain, but now I am having very bad pain in my calves and feet. No clots were detected on ultrasound. Any insight to that, would be helpful as well.
