  • Hi jeanette and john,

Very similar story here, im a marathon runner, (was!) Had endless injuries down both legs, I eventually had an MRI which showed grade 2 spondy on L5 with bilateral pars fractures and severe stenosis both sides, i had fusion surgery 10 weeks ago and was doing great, 10 mile walks and daily elliptical training but i seem to have suddenly regressed and alot of pain has returned...

Both your posts are reassuring (!) and tell me im being impatient! Man, this injury sucks and i really hope we all get back to our sports soo
