End plate reactive changes

Hi guys
I've had my Mri results which have stated minor reactive end plate changes? I've tried reading on this and can't find a lot, it's at two levels, would this cause radicular pain as it says no nerve impingement I'm confused.
The radiologist who did the scans said she could see cord compression?

Once you speak with your specialist, hopefully he will clear up your confusion.
