18 months post op lumbar fusion

I am 18 months post op from anterior lumbar spinal fusion at L5/S1. This was my 3rd back surgery at this level. (plus one more surgery last summer. just a small "maintenance" surgery) Earlier this week I had the numbness come back on the left side of my left foot. This concerns me! I'm on 300mg of Neurotin 3x's a day for nerve damage in that leg/foot, but I haven't had this kind of numbness in years. Anyone experienced this before?
