    I am sorry to hear about all your troubles. It sounds like you have several issues going on.
    What I would recommend is to get several different opinions from spine doctors. Take your mri films & get some suggestions from different doctors.
    There is a forum called The Blend. It contains different ways to help with pain. There are some good suggestions in there.
    Also, surgery is not a guarantee to eliminate pain. Surgery is done to repair the damage on your spine. You will see on this forum that some people do get immediate relief from pain after surgery, but some do not. I just didn't want you to be disappointed if you have surgery, and you still have pain.
