I need you to Believe

That you still matter
That
You still,mean something
Your song..is yet sung.

You still matter
You still have many stories to tell
Many more things to do.

You..
Are.

You..
Will be

You..
Will go on.

Be Brave my companion
The rain..Will fall
The bitter wind..Will bite
The Darkness..Will surround you

You
Will grow ever stronger...with the passage.
There are many perils behind
And,many to the fore
One by one
They will fall.

Be Blessed Spiney

This will help.....still struggle with letting go of not being able to do things I used to do, but that continues on as our bodies age, just something I have to learn to embrace.

  • Thank you ranch hand.

I see neurosurgeon in 4 hours to discuss? I'm scheduled for fusion October 21, Neuro wanted more ct scans to be sure of iliac vessels and old hardware. They called me last week to come in today. I'm nervous. I'm appreciative of this poem especially in this moment.

And the rain..love the rain poem. I feel like I'm in the rain. Trying to be open to a rainbow, twister, or just more rain at the end of this day. I don't feel alone thanks to this site and your encouraging poems. Soooo nervous and yet at this point, just no choice but to be open minded.
    Happy
  • Go forth in confidence and courage to face what may.
Hold your head up and stare straight ahead
    Be of good heart
    What comes, comes
    Where you go
    You decide
