Lately I have to remind myself to eat, or all of a sudden I am starving.

But....now and then my go to is a peanut butter, mayo, and pickle sandwich. Kinda crunchy, and I love mayo and peanut butter together.

I can easily become a cookie monster, but Dr said have to cut back on sugar. Wished I could give it up completely, but bad habits die hard sometimes, like hardened arteries ; )

I also have GERD, am lactose intolerant, and have IBS, so embracing foods fit for a dragon, or my favorite ice cream, or over eating period would only bring me further agony : (

But when I need to eat my feelings:

Captain crunch with crunch berries is my number one go to.

Then favorite is green and black olives, cottage cheese, Cabot seriously sharp white and yellow cheddar, zesty dills. This plate of food is just my all time favorite lunch.

    A Common thread
    Pickles.
    Hmmmm
    As i ponder..
Atheletes drink pickle vinegar to avoid cramps
And get electrolites if i understand correctly.
I,wonder if we get some kind of pain release?
    Or if its just endorphines...

I drink those drinks like ice or other sparkling water. They are bubbly, sweetened/flavored artificially. My daughter used to drink them. Now I do. I watch what I eat (hardly exercise). I used to be 145 lb.. now I am at 163lb. Becoming less and less active,

Pop them in the freezer for a few hours or until they're firm, they're awesome! One other thing I like is sliced tomatoes with olive oil and fresh basil. I know...I'm a weirdo! I grew up playing in the dirt while my dad worked in the family garden, so I am now drawn to vegetables and fruit.
