42 y.o. with TLIF planned next month for Spondylolisthesis

Hi, looking for company, here's my story. This back problem snuck up on me and I find myself basically bedridden, an otherwise healthy mom of three young kids. Hoping the L5-S1 fusion planned next month to correct my Spondylolisthesis does the trick. The only surgery I've ever had were (2) c-sections. None of my family has ever had back surgery. Trying to keep a positive outlook!
