Hello,
So i'm 26 years old and i had scoliosis correction surgery when i was 18, which has probably caused more back problems that i had before the operation. About 2 years ago i had a shoulder to shoulder challenge whilst playing football and ever since I have had terrible lower left back pain just above my buttocks.
I have been to see chiropractors, physios, and even had steroid injections and nothing has helped at all. Every specialist i see tells me I have an extremely rotated sacrum, the worse they have ever seen especially in someone my age.
I get extreme pain when twisting and turning in my lower left back. And it aches constantly when sitting down or stretching.
Can anyone recommend any treatment? I'm thinking about going to see an Osteopath?
This is really prohibiting my daily life, and i'm starting to think that i may suffer with this for the rest of my life which would just be unbearable.
