Hello to everyone. Thank you for such a warm welcome to this site. I have suffered with progressive back pain for many years. I had anterior cervical corpectomies and fusion of c4, c5, and c6 because of spinal stenosis. I also have 7 herniated discs in the lumbar and thoracic regions and degenerative disc decease.
Lately I have been having more pain, ( both burning and aching pain ), but this past weekend I was in bed and awoke with more pain than usual. So I got up to move around to try and ease it and I got a horrible dizzy spell and then it felt like a firework type explosion between my shoulders that spread out and I lost my bladder control. This is the second time this has happened in the past month. The first time I just wrote the bladder function loss off as a coincidence with the burning type explosion but this time dizziness came with it and I couldn't make excuses for it and I couldn't hide it from my husband because I woke him as I tried to get out of bed.
What to do gang I don't know how much more I can take. I take muscle relaxants and pain medication which does help a bit.
Oh, I forgot to mention the 3 last toes on my left foot also went numb.
