Here's a weird question

  • I asked the same question of the MRI guy last night - he said that yes it would and I need a card from my Dr. so I can go through airport security...

But I see that we have many opinions out there on this! LOL!
  • Don't fret too much about it - the machines are getting more sensitive anyways and depending upon the sensitivity setting at the time they can easily be triggered by a coin in your pocket, your watch, a pen, belt buckle, etc. Having a card or letter wont help much - chances are you will still be patted down or waved over with the wand. I travel frequently and even tho I have had my hardware removed I set off the detector more and more these days as they make them more and more sensitive. I get patted down almost every flight. Unfortunately it is a reality of air travel these days.
    Keep positive!
