4 months post op L5S1

Hi All!

I am now 4 months post-op from an L5-S1 discectomy. Doing really well! No pain other than some trouble getting comfortable to sleep. Also, I'm not too comfortable with extension of my back (bending backwards). Doesn't hurt to bend backwards, probably just mentally not ready more than anything. Overall though I am so happy I had surgery! No more pain! The scar is bigger than expected, but oh well.
