Time to KonMari your spine!

My latest MRI report says I have a disorganized cauda equina. Um...what?? Did my CE loose the car keys? Forget to buy milk? Pay the rent late? (I have only done one of those lately, lol). My spine surgeon doesn't even know what that means but disorganized sounds like me.  And that reminds me, I need to finish reading The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up. What is everyone else currently reading?

I am reading 10% happier and just finished The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business.  Both very good , but the Power of Habit was one of the best books I have read in a very long time.

Do your due dilegence, trust you know your body and question everything if it does not fit. Advocate for yourself and you will be suprised what will be revealed trusting your body and instinct.
