Lupus flare up and scs trial

I have been in a Lupus flare up for several months and have been on prednisone off and on. I had the scs trial before my visit to the rheumatologist and was not on prednisone at the time. The trial took away 50% of the pain, but I felt like my lupus symptoms got worse. (Stiffness and swollen joints). Has anyone else had any experience with lupus and scs?
