I can so relate to the difficulty of carrying even small small shopping bag, as you said.
My legs just give out. Doctor explained how and why it happens with my spine situation..although I cant recall all he said.

But I bought myself one of those little carts with handle to wheel from my car and  into my home all my packages from any kind of shopping.
Just one of many little adjustments I've had to make to expand my world while living with chronic pain.

I wish you the best when seeing your spine specialist!

Hi thank you and although its painfull its a comfort to be able to hear from other people who also have the same problem
Yesterday my doctor didnt sign my pain perscriction i almost had a breakdown!! I was lucky to get an emergency doctor to provise pain relief! It was a mistake by my doctor & will be sorted out today

Im doing my stretchs as advised & it seems to be getting worse, maybe my cyst  is growing ?

If im in cobstant pain i hope the specialist will act fast! As this constant pain is getting worse & i have no quality of life, im struggling with everthing & feel totaly hopless

I just want to find out how long this severe pain will last before the hospital help

How do i know what they have to do
The internet says for someone who suffers as i do, they must act quickly and yet here i am with no idea on when i will get a pain free hour atleast so i can atleast have a good sleep ??

Thank you for the tips " alt="" height="20" />  I have my food shopping delivered as even small walks around are to difficult at the moment

I seriously need to cut down on my eating as the pounds or KGS are creeping on fast!

If I had £2000 spare then I could pay privately & get injection pain relief although I don't have this so have to wait being on the NHS

Are you guys in the USA ? I'm from England rainy land lol

I have telephoned the hospital again to ask if I can be seen earlier than the 25th
They said no! As although my high pain relief isn't working I'm still not an emergency
    The pain is excruciating

If it was my dog I would take him to the vets and if they couldn't cure if then they would put him to sleep, as I'm or we are humans then we have to wait and scrape through each day in pain " alt="" height="20" />
