synovial cyst & spine fluid L4 & L5
Hi I'm 47 & had MRI which confirmed excess fluid on L4 & L5 bulged into spinal canal & synovial cyst which is causing sciatic pain in right buttock & leg
I'm due to see specialist on 25th April for my first visit
I'm doing swimming pool excersize advised excersize stretches
Taking so many pain killers, that I'm not able to drive or work I even struggle carrying a small shopping bag, I'm now almost housebound
The pain is so bad
I'm worrying that my first specialist opointmant that I will just get fobbed of? What will happen as I'm doing physio & all recommended excersize which are not work & it's serous effecting my quality of life
Gone from being active working full time
To housebound mostly doped up on pain medication . Will operation be offered ? X
