Pain in buttocks post 360 fusion

Hello All,

I am recovering from an L4-L5 360 fusion (ALIF and PLIF) and bone harvest surgery in September 2015. I was feeling pretty good, albeit still taking regular pain meds to keep the pain at bay. I have recently developed a different type of pain in my left buttock area. It is not sciatica pain (no leg pain) and it doesnt feel like nerve pain. Its more of a grinding pain at the very base of my tailbone on the left side. If I walk and take a step a certain way I am in excruciating pain-almost fell to the ground the other day.
